Using data-based exploration, we will diagnose and determine where you want to go. Those insights will help us to reframe the problem, dig deeper to find the real underlying problem or need, and create design criteria to address it.

In this creative phase, we will design a plan to get you where you need to go. Using divergent thinking and idea generation we will refine the thinking already developed and review from multiple perspectives.

develop

Using convergent thinking, this phase brings ideas to reality. The best processes are selected, protypes developed, repeated and further experiments conducted. The processes are refined with end user input.

deliver

The action phase. Create and implement the model, then fine tune the proces by continuing to learn what does not work. Keep momentum going with measureable indicators and methods of governance. Continually reasses.
